Description: A one-and-a-half-day exploration of trainer roles, both as an instructor and as an expert, as well as delivery methods and student participation expectations.

Learning Objectives: Students successfully completing Train the Trainer will:

discover, evaluate, and put into action methodologies and Academy expectations for instructors applicable to all areas of expertise.
identify, compare, and utilize instructor and student learning/teaching styles in order to meet the needs of student and trainer.
recognize potential behavioral issues within the classroom setting, analyze the how the issue will effect the class as a whole, identify and implement a behavioral strategy be suited to the needs of students and instructor.
utilize formal and informal assessments to determine student readiness, comprehension, and ability to synthesize instructor taught information.
