Description: A two-day course (1.2 CEU) illustrating code requirements and zoning requirements for small miscellaneous residential permits. Included in these types of permits are fences, decks, concrete flatwork, lawn irrigation, screen porches, and garden sheds.

Learning Objectives: Students successfully completing Small Project Plan Review will:

Identify and utilize the applicable provisions of enforcement.
Compare and contrast local requirements to surrounding communities.
Analyze and appraise their communities zoning requirements for each of these types of improvements
Examine and defend recommended construction practices for each type of improvement.
