 Join our two-day (1.2 CEU) unique combination course designed for Code Officials and local Fire Inspectors. Learn from historical incidents and gain a deep understanding of code requirements and special construction features to ensure safety at haunted houses, corn mazes, and pumpkin festivals. Through engaging activities, you'll apply your locally adopted codes to real work scenarios.

Learning Objectives:

Students completing Inspecting and Managing Special Events: Corn Maze, Fall Festivals & Haunted Houses will:

• Determine code requirements for amusement facilities.
• Demonstrate compliance in new and existing facilities.
• Identify design approaches to ensure proper construction. 
• Recognize other agencies to provide assistance for complex inspections.
