Understanding the 2014 Illinois Plumbing Code - Vents & Venting

Description:

This four-hour course (0.4 CEU) will examine the principles and methods of venting as it relates to the 2014 Illinois Plumbing Code as observed in homes and business and newly designed venting systems, evaluate and interpret proper venting procedures, and utilize composite drawings and photos to analyze and discriminate correct venting installation.

The newly updated Illinois Accessibility Code as it relates to plumbing will also be covered, as well as a recap on wet venting in the Illinois Plumbing Code.

Participants who attend this course will receive .4 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or 4 contact hours. This class is approved by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health for licensed plumbers to maintain their licenses.
