Course Description:

This two-day class (1.2 CEU) discusses the use and reuse of existing buildings, including repair, alteration, addition and change of occupancy for existing and historic buildings. The three options for alteration will be discussed in detail as well as performance compliance and prescriptive compliance. Students will calculate and complete a performance compliance value summary in class.
